Problem Note 47779: SAS® Financial Management e-mail reminders are sent after a form set is locked

If the Lock all forms after the form set deadline form set property is selected for a SAS Financial Management form set, e-mail reminders might continue to be sent to users after the form deadline has passed.
The e-mail instructs the user to go to the Form Manager to see all the forms that are available to the user. This is problematic because the form set is locked and the forms are removed from the portal. This prevents the user from performing any actions.
